Infrastructure The VoIP infrastructure is located in high performance data centers owned and managed by KPNQwest Italia. The presence of major domestic and foreign carriers, the high bandwidth connection to the Internet and to the main Italian peering points, together with redundancy and constant monitoring ensure high performance and reliability. The connection between the Internet and the telephone network is established via a proprietary "carrier grade" telephone exchange, interconnected via SS7 to national and international leading carriers. |
